Libra was first founded by Mr. Nam Liong ci in 1989 as the main founder and in developing the Libra Food Service was also assisted by his younger brother Mr. Lie Nam Tung.

After a dozen years of Libra’s existence, then this position was continued by Mr. Lie Nam Tung who later served as President Director & COO until now.
